New Zealand to tour Sri Lanka for 2 Tests and 3 T20Is in August

New Zealand cricket group will head out to Sri Lanka in August to play two Tests and three T20Is, Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) affirmed on Friday (July 05). The two Tests will be a piece of the debut ICC Test title.

The principal Test, in Galle, starts on August 14, while the second is slated to be played at the P. Sara Oval, Colombo from August 22. The Tests will be trailed by three T20Is beginning on 31st August at RPICS, Colombo.

In the number one spot up to the Tests, New Zealand will play a three-day game at MCG Katunayake on eighth August. What's more, there will be another training match - a T20 post the Tests on 29th August.

It is eminent that this will be the principal global visit to Sri Lanka by a worldwide cricket group post the Easter bombings in April.

1st Test: August 14-18, Galle

2nd Test: August 22-26, P. Sara Oval, Colombo

1st T20I: August 31, RPICS, Colombo

2nd T20I: September -2, RPICS, Colombo

3rd T20I: September 6, PICS, Kandy
